1. What products does VISLAT manufacture?
We design and build commercial LED and LCD displays: LED poster displays, LED rental panels, outdoor TVs, LED DJ booths, and portable digital signage — all manufactured in our own factory in Shenzhen, China.
2. What is the difference between indoor and outdoor LED displays?
Two things: brightness and weatherproofing. Indoor panels typically run 300-1,000 nits; outdoor displays need 2,000-5,000 nits to stay visible in direct sunlight. Outdoor cabinets also carry IP65 weatherproofing and sealed construction, while most indoor units are IP43-IP54.
3. Can I use an indoor LED display outdoors?
No. An indoor display will look washed out in daylight and can be damaged by humidity and rain. If the screen will face sunlight or weather, choose an outdoor-rated model — it costs more, but it's built to survive.
4. What is pixel pitch, and how do I choose the right one?
Pixel pitch (e.g., P1.86, P2, P3.9, P4.8) is the distance between LED pixels in millimeters — smaller numbers mean higher resolution at closer viewing distances. Rule of thumb: viewing within 3-5 meters, choose P2-P3; 5-15 meters, P3.9-P6; large outdoor billboards can use larger pitch.
5. LED poster display or printed banner — which is better for retail?
If you change your messaging regularly, the LED poster wins. You eliminate re-printing costs and update content in seconds from your phone instead of waiting days for a new banner. Most of our retail customers recoup the hardware cost within months when they rotate promos monthly.
6. How long do LED displays last?
LED modules typically last 50,000-100,000 hours depending on brightness settings and environment — roughly 6-11 years of continuous use. Every VISLAT display is additionally covered by a 3-year warranty.
7. Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. We offer OEM (private-label branding, custom logo, custom packaging) and ODM (custom sizes, shapes, and control system configuration). Send us your specification and our engineers will work out the details.
8. What is your MOQ?
1 unit for in-stock models and 10 or more units for custom orders.
